Traditional Sewing Frame is usually made in solid sapele mahogany, with the standard size being approximately 50cm wide with 35cm between the uprights – other sizes are available. The screw threads are cut by hand and everything is finished with a professionally-sprayed, hard-wearing, two component satin varnish.
